Vision & Mission
The CAM group of schools were founded on the belief that there is a need of raising our children in a godly manner which is only possible in a Christian environment where guidance for the spiritual formation of the child will be provided by the Christian Church. Nyasha offers that home in the form of a boarding school. The boarding staff is composed of ministers and God fearing church leaders who understand the need for children to grow up with Christian values. These leaders will devote most of their time towards teaching God’s ordinances to the children.
“Hear, Israel, and be careful to obey so that it may go well with you and that you may increase greatly in a land flowing with milk and honey, just as the LORD, the God of your ancestors, promised you. Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” (Deuteronomy 6:3-7)
As a boarding school, we have the child almost 9 months per year and this Christian and we hope to be able to install our Christian values during that time. Our Church is a conservative and has its roots in the Pentecostal revival that took place at AZUSA street in the beginning of the 20th century.
The School Philosophy and thrust
The school belief is that every child is equal and therefore should be given equal opportunity to learn.
The aim is to develop an all round product (student) spiritually, morally, intellectually, socially and physically. The aim is to impart values and attitudes that will make the students good citizens.
“And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.” Luke 2:52.
Board of Directors
CAM affairs are presided over by a board of directors composed of four individuals. The powers , functions, duties and procedures of the Board of Directors are provided for in the constitution of the School Board of Directors.
